Laser slitting and edge sealing of cleanroom wipes. It is a video taken in a workshop of Chenigen - an ISO 4 certified China manufacturer of cleanroom wipers and lint-free wipes. Laser slitting and edge sealing is widely used in cleanroom wipers production. Laser sealed edges are provided on all sides for maximum fiber and particle retention. We also have ultrasonic machines for sofe edges and lower carbon levels.
