Ultrasonic slitting and edge sealing of Chenigen lint-free wipes cleanroom wipers. We also have laser slitting and sealing machines and they are used more widely in the industry of cleanroom wipers because the cost is lower. Ultrasonic sealing is superior to laser sealing as it results in a softer edge, and lower carbon levels. Soft sealed edges retain all fiber in scratch sensitive applications.
